yes you have almost normal semen examination. total sperm count should be 60 to 120 million per ml. you have 92 which is normal. motility should be more than 60%. you have 65%. you have more abnormal forms but it is not the big issue. with this counts you can easily produce offspring. no any problem should be there. if your wife is still not able to conceive then ask gynecologist for that. but your semen examination is normal.
