What Does A Small 11x7 Mm Size Subserosal Fibroid Seen In The Anterior Wall.. Mean?

I am 49 years 7 months old.I got periods after 1 year 9 months.Bleeding was only for 2 days.I have suggested to make USG Pelvis for utirine pathiology. Report is like this Urinary bladder is well distended with smooth outlines Uterus is normal in size, shape and echoanatomy Uterus measures measures 8.1x2.9x4.6 cms A small 11x7 mm size subserosal fibroid seen in the anterior wall of the fundous Endometrium measures 5.2 mms and appears normal Right ovary not satisfactorily visualised.Left ovary is normal. No adnexal mass or collection is seen No free fluid is seen in pouch of douglas IMPRESSION Small uterine fibroid as described Is it dangerous?what is the treatment?

Small subserosal fibroid of 11 mm by 7 mm usually does not cause any symptoms and does not require any treatment. Hence please put your mind to rest.
