hi,
i had an ectopic pregnancy , followed by surgery to remove my left fallopian tube(which got bursted during 5th week of ectopic pregnancy).my gynae got performed biopsy on sections from the ruptured fallopian tube, and the results were-wall congested(A , B)
Microscopic examination showed vascular congestion with presence of trophoblastic tssues in tubal wall and chronic villi in lumen.
also they performed AURO-TB-PCR-1 test on the ruptured fallopian tube- which came positive.
Now i am really concerned, as i want to conceive again, as i am alreay 35 yrs and don't want to delay further.
first thing i would like to know about the accuracy of AURO-TB-PCR-1 test, secondly, what are the chances of my other tube to have same problem.
thirdly, is it really important to get this treated, if i drop my plan to conceive again.
Normally i don't have any symptoms of TB,so i don't understand how it has come positive.
