What Does: Anteverted Uterus Measured 82 X 52 X 61mm With A Proliferative Phase Endometrium Indicate?

I had a pelvic ultrasound done after persistent bleeding after 2nd trimester miscarriage it stated that my Anteverted uterus measured 82 x 52 x 61mm with a proliferative phase endometrium seen no retained products my myometrium appears homogeneous no fibroids seen and more than 15 follicles measuring 2 -3 mm seen in both ovaries. Can you explain this and is a good or bad and would I get pregnant soon?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your abortion is complete and and there are no signs of pregnancy.
Endometrial thickness varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.
PCOD(poly cystic ovarian disease) should be ruled out.This condition should be confirmed by clinical findings,hormonal assay and trans vaginal sonography.
If PCOD is excluded then there shouldn't be any problem in future pregnancy.
