sir i m a pt.of C.A.Larynx.radiation done on 15 june 2009.FROM B.L.KAPOOR HOSP..N.DELHI (35 rad.)sir i m not feelng better.still having horseness of voice.pet scan done on jan 2010.rep.lymphnodes on chest.biop.done rep..TB +ve

on ATT from last 3 mths.but no voice .pls.give your exp.opinion

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The lymph nodes have tested positive for tuberculosis and you have been prescribed anti-tubercular treatment for the infection.
The treatment should be continued till the tuberculosis is treated.
However, the tuberculous lymph nodes are unrelated to the carcinoma larynx or the hoarseness of voice.
You need to consult your oncosurgeon and radiation oncologist for assessment of the condition.
