What Does BP 136/84 With Pulse Rate 90 Suggest?
my BP now at evening time 136/84 and pulse rate is 90 what it means?My age is 54 years, height is 5.2 and weight is 73 kgs. I am suffering from mild BP for the last 9 years for which I am taking Losar 25 mg tablet and also I have gallstones for the last 10 years for which after taking all types of medicines now I am under a homoeopathic treatment having small gallstones of size 2.2, 3.1 and 3.3 mm

I really appreciate your concern if this blood pressure reading is with the antihypertensive drug then in my opinion keep the antihypertensive medicine continue and cut down the salt intake go for aerobic exercise the hear rate could be because of over consciousness, and no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
