What Does ECG Report Indicate?

My ECG is a abnormal. Normal sinus rhythm. But nonspecific T wave abnormality. QRS 76ms. QT/QTC 378/405 ms. PR 136ms. P 106 ms. RR/PP 872/865ms. P/QRS/T 22/51/-1 degrees. . Plz tell me y is that? I have a pain and what is a reson. And what disease? Plz reply me soon. I m a girl. 27 years old.

Hi I did review your concern mam.
Your symptoms can be explained by a musculoskeletal injury like sprain strain or costochondritis. or a pleural disease.
Heart ECG seems fine but I would recommend you upload your ECG strip pics here for us to evaluate better as complete ECG picture can be given only after looking at strips.
