On HSG, uterine cavitity is outlined with contrast. It is verted and shows normal surface contour LFT is outlined with contrast RFT is not outlined with contrast No peritoneal spill is seen on either side Extravasation or intravasation of contrast is seen suggestive of PID
There is no spill of the contrast into the pelvic cavity through the tubes. This means there is tubal block which is more on the right side. You may need further evaluation for infertility due to tubal block. There is also a possibility of pelvic inflammatory disease which has cause the tubes to get blocked.
