I am a 63 year old female. My high density Lipo is 83, my low density Lipo is 153 and my triglycerides are 53. I try to eat low wheat or none, no dairy, fruits and vegstables, poultry,fish,little red meat and high fiber. I swim, walk ,do the elliptical machine and a little strength training. My Mr wants me to take stations but I have read unfavorable reviews about stations for women. What should I do?
