hello
your ecg changes can be considered normal. incomplete right bundle branch block can be normal variation and nothing much to worry about if you do not have any cardiac symptoms of breathlessness, chest pain.
as far your mother's health is concerned, you should get your mother seen by a doctor. definitely dose of bp medications need to adjusted.these changes should be made by a doctor taking care of the patient. every bp medicine can have advantages of using and side effects. so based on your mothers health your doctor will change the dose. do not do it your self.
hope this is helpful
