What Does SGOT/AST -69 U/L, SGPT/ ALT -137 U/L & BILIRUBIN TOTAL - 0.07 Mg/dL Indicate?

I have been consuming NIZOROL 200 mg for the last 3 months for the treatment of fungal sinusitis . Now my SGOT/AST -69 U/L, SGPT/ ALT -137 U/L & BILIRUBIN TOTAL - 0.07 mg/ dL.,What may be the probable reasons for this reading .Can you please sdvice me ?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the liver function tests is as follows:
The SGOT and SGPT are elevated.
The normal range for SGOT and SGPT is below 40 IU/L.
These two enzymes are elevated in cases of damage to the liver cells or hepatocytes.
Total bilirubin is within normal range.
The elevated liver enzymes could be due to intake of antifungal drug.
You need to consult your doctor to review the liver function tests and plan further work up.
The anti-fungal drug dosage may be reduced or the drug may be changed.
