What Does SN,F,GLR,LV,UEG,FBC(u&e)+GFR Mean?

Hi I have blood test form & would like to know what the abreviations mean/what I am being tested for? Tests are because I have a hole/deep dip in the lower part of my spine & am in agony. Whoops :) Sorry forgot the abreviations so here they are: SN, F, GLR, LV, UEG, FBC (u&e)+GFR

1. FBC - Full blood count
2. UEG - Urea, creatinine, electrolytes
3. LFT - Liver Function test
4. FGL - Fasting blood glucose
5. GFR - Glomerular filtration rate - it is a measure of renal function only
