Hi, i was found TB positive 9 months back with minimal symptoms. I was on medicare for last 9 months and i have no issues now. My health is fine, i don't have cough or sweating. today i went for T-Spot test and my result says "BORDERLINE" , could it be because of the medicine or does it mean i still have TB?
A positive test result suggests that M. tuberculosis infection is likely; a negative result suggests that infection is unlikely. An indeterminate result indicates an uncertain likelihood of M. tuberculosis infection. A borderline test result (T-Spot only) also indicates an uncertain likelihood of M. tuberculosis infection. If you are taking medications regularly and your general health condition is improving then you are most likely free from infection.
