What Does This ECG Report Signify : Rhythm,Low Voltage?

Hello Doctor: I did my complete health check up recently. The ECG report says Synus Rhythm and next line says Low Voltage . What does this mean. Also my ESR # shows as 25 against the normal level of 15. All other reports including chest x-ray is normal. Please suggest any follow-up tests or medication is required. Thanks a lot.

Hello,
Your ECG report says sinus rhythm means it has normal sequences of waves.i.e.there is no problem in rhythm.Secondly low voltage is a finding which can be normal or certain other heart diseases.But as you does not have any symptom so this can be considered normal only.Then about ESR though your ESR is raised but not very much.It does not indicate any particular disease but it show some infection may be in recent past also.
So as per now you do not require any medicine.Stay happy.Take care.
