What Does US Showing Cystic Structure In Endometrial Canal Area During Pregnancy Mean?

hi, hello good morning i have a problem regarding my wife shes done a ultrasound yesterday and this is the result . THERE IS A SMALL CYSTIC STRUCTURE IN THE ENDOMETRIAL CANAL AREA OF WHICH A GESTATIONAL SAC IS CONSIDERED WITH A MEAN SAC DIAMETER OF 0.9cm can equivalent to 4 weeks and 4 days and both adnexaeate unremarkable.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully. I appreciate your concern regarding this issue.
As Ultrasound is done at very early stage of pregnancy so, it is probably gestational sac.
At this stage it is not possible to find yolk sac or fetal pole. So I would advise to take her hospital after 2 weeks so that fetal pole and heart beat can be confirned radiologicaly.
Till then
- Take folic acid regularly.
- Take healthy Diet.
- Avoid exertional work and take rest.
