The pregnancy is confirmed by pregnancy test.
The ultrasound report shows presence of thickened endometrium.
Thickened endometrium is seen in early pregnancy.
Pregnancy is confirmed when gestational sac and fetal pole are visible on ultrasound.
As the pregnancy will progress, the gestational sac and fetal pole will be visible and thus pregnancy will be confirmed.
