What Does Ventricular Hypertrophy Suggest?

Just curious if I should get a follow up with a cardiologist? The left ventricle is normal in size. There is borderline concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. Left ventricular systolic function is moderatelyreduced. There is moderate global hypokinesis of the left ventricle. The right ventricle is normal size. The right ventricular systolic function is mildly reduced. The left atrium is mildly dilated. There is no pericardial effusion.LEFT VENTRICLL The left ventricle is normal in size.There is borderline concentric left ventricular hypertrophy.Left ventricular systolic function is moderately reduced.LVEF is estimated to be 40%.There is moderate global hypokinesis of the left ventricle.
