People tend to compare it to something sitting on their chest. By this I mean, it's a dull pressured pain towards the right side of your chest. Also, you may feel a sort of tingling/numbness to your right arm and jaw as well. You may even have a shortness of breath.

hi,thanks for query,in general this pain can be compared with compression over chest,feeling of pressure on chest,some sense of discomfort which was not felt previously,pain in lt.shoulder and arm which is not related to movement etc.This is in general,it is not necessary that this happens to every patient,the presentation may be different in lot many conditions.In general,if your having some heaviness or discomfort i chest and you are not feeling good or something unusual if felt,please do not ignore this.
