What Does A Blister On The Eyeball Indicate?

Hi. I have some kind of puss blister growing from the peripheral side of my right eyeball. There is also what looks like sime kind of brown line (or worm) on the under side of the same eyeball. If i pull down my under eye lid, it is evident. My eye feels like something is in it where the blister is forming

The description given by you may be a pterygium. Pterygium is a skin flap that grows from periphery of eye ball towards the center of eye ball. Pterygium usually causes pain and may interfere with eye sight if it grows towards the pupil. I suggest you to consult your ophthalmologist at the earliest for clinical assessmen.
