General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern. Based on your description, it appears that your period pattern could have changed due to hormonal variations. However, since it is unusual for you to experience such type of symptoms, you need to get the following investigations done.

1. Serum FSH and LH levels.

2. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.

Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope the information provided would be helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
