ET measures 1.71 cm, appears heterogeneous, showing some vascularity on Doppler. Right ovary measures 2.60 x 1.60 cm. Left ovary measures 3.14 x 2.10 cm showing a cystic structure measuring 1.42 x 1.92 cm with fine internal echoes - likely hemorrhagic cyst. Both ovaries show multiple peripherally-arranged tiny follicles. Cervix is intact. Minimal amount of free fluid seen in the POD. Excessive bowel gases and distended bowel loops noted in both adnexae no symptoms but Ihave too much gases , my period should come tomorrow , so I did an ultrasoud 2 days prior to my period
