I have a dimple on the back of my left shoulder. Not sure how long I ve had it, but it was very small and barely noticeable. A few mths ago I started having pain in my shoulder and could barely move it. Plus, the dimple was getting bigger and deeper. I went to my family doctor, and she thought I might have torn my rotator cuff. I had to go to an orthopedic surgeon. X-rays showed it wasn t torn. Doctor didn t even care about the dimple. I was given a cortisone shot. It only made the pain much worse, and I got sick from it. What could be causing the dimple to get worse? It s very painful.
