Hi I have been biopsied and a lesion has been found on right lung. It has been growing from 0.5 mm to over 2.0 cm in3 months. Its probably squamous cell carcinoma which ive had in upper jaw and lymph nodes my question is shpuld i have it removed surgically or with radiation.? Ive already done seven weeks of radiation on upper jaw.
You have problem of lesion on right side of lung and that increse in size so that may be a malignant.
Consult a pulmonologist for further treatment plan. Proper treatment not progress a lesion. Treatment plan depend on size of lesion ,progression of it and patient's age with health... Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
