What Does A Lump In The Navel Indicate?

Hi. I have a small sack of fluid in My belly button. its pretty small. i think i maybe felt it before when it was very small, but cant be sure. I noticed it had got larger. the skin is the same colour with little to no pain. The lump feels almost like a soft lump of fluid. i had a heavy drinking session the other day and noticed it the day after. No idea if any link.

since it is growing in size and filled with fluid then aspiration cytology can be done for proper diagnosis.if it is harmless then excision can be done.
