What Does A Lump On Penis Head Indicate?

My husband has a quarter sized lump on his penis on the head about the size of a quarter. It doesn t hurt he says it looks like an air bubble and if he pushes on it it goes down so is not as big now. We had sex last night so don t know what happened. Any ideas?

1) Are these lumps freely movable or fixed to Tunica Albugenia ?
2) Are these lumps painful and cause bending of the penile shaft on erection?
3) Is there history of injury to penis during sexual intercourse before you noticed these lumps.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get ultrasound Scanning of the penis done to rule out possibility of calcified Plaque in tunica Albugenia an envelop that covers erectile tissue .
