What Does A Lump On The Penis Head Suggest?

my boyfriend and I were being intimate and during oral I felt a bump on the head of his penis. without making a scene I checked it out and it seems to be just like a blackhead but he doesn t complain when I touch it and I don t think he even knows it s there. I m just worried because I m the only partner he s ever had and been intimate with, but I ve been with multiple others... any advice?
