Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my boyfriend and I were being intimate and during oral I felt a bump on the head of his penis. without making a scene I checked it out and it seems to be just like a blackhead but he doesn t complain when I touch it and I don t think he even knows it s there. I m just worried because I m the only partner he s ever had and been intimate with, but I ve been with multiple others... any advice?
The symptoms that you have described sounds like a simple skin injury or a superficial bump over the penis head. This can be seen when there are minor or small cuts. However, with time, they can become infected. Usually, wearing loose cotton undergarments and clothes can help.
Along with this, using a sitz bath can help.
In case these do not help, getting an STD panel test for both of you would be useful.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards, Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni
