What Does A Lump On The Upper Back Indicate?
I have a lump next to my spine on my upper back. It s about 2 inches long and 1 inch wide. It feels numb when I touch it but hurts constantly. My right arm has been going numb and my right hand twitches. I m tired all the time and take 800mg of ibuprofen a day just to relieve some pain. What could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be lipoma and it may not need any treatment but it can be removed surgically due to cosmetic reason for differential diagnosis clinical examination and tests are necessary hope this information helps.
