What Does A Painful And Large Knot On The Left Foot Indicate?
I have a large knot that has come up on the top of my left foot. It is becoming very painful in my last two toes on that foot. Is this something that needs to be concerned about. I have not hurt it in any way that I am aware of. Any advise of what you might think this could be?

A painful knot with no history of trauma is something to be concerned about.It could be an infection or a reaction to a local irritation you never noticed.I advise you get a pain/antiinflammatory medication like ibuprofen.Get the knot examined by a Doctor and if any infectious origin he places you on antibiotics.
