I just got my law work back with an alk phos od 161 what could this Indicate my dris sending me to re do a third time I m not sure what it was the first time bur he s Also adding a Ggt and an a do an ultrasound of my right upper quadrant . What could this mean

Elevation of alkaline phosphatase and GGTwith near-normal AST, ALT levels require to rule out cholestatic or Infiltrative liver diseases.That often requires liver imaging by ultrasound, computed tomography CT or MRI .Imaging by cholangiography may be required to identify many bile duct lesions that cause cholestatic liver disease.Hope this helps you!
