What Does A Rash Under The Ear Indicate?

I have a round rash that looks like a ring worm on my neck right under my ear. It started about a month and a half now. We have tried ring worm cream and anitbotic cream but it just seems to get bigger and now other symptoms have developed. On the opitosite side my knee is swollen at times and my whole leg hurts. I have swelling in my hands, legs, knee and feet. I am always very tired but I can not sleep. Headaches and nausea. I feel like I am old but I am only 43. I had the gastric bypass in 2004 and I have major anemia, b12 and potassium levels that are always very low. I have had 7 blood transfusion before they realized I had a genetic anemia and b12 problem. Sorry I can not remember the name off hand. I just need help. I feel like I and 90 years old. Even at times I am having shortness of breath and my heart beats really fast. please help!!!

Hello,

What blood problem you are having, that is more important to know because that low HB causes breathlessness, edema also and fatigue.

A K+ level is very important for the heart so you should correct it as early as possible because it can cause breathlessness and fatal arrhythmia can occur. About your ear and rash, consult a dermatologist.
