What Does A Shadow On The Heart Mean?
What exactly does it mean when a Dr. tells you, you have a shadow on your heart?? This has been told to my friend a few years back, she is going in for surgery soon and during her pre-op was told again about the shadow on her heart, but was also told that it seem to have grown some. She is a bit confused as to exactly what it is. The Dr also advised medication for it.

It could be soft tissue tumour. Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. An echo test is required for further assessment.
