What Does A Small Abnormality In My QRS Complex Of My Ecg Mean?

hi i fainted recently and was told by the paramedic that there was a small abnormaility in my QRS complex of my ecg. i am 16 and had diahhrea 24 hours previously. shortly before i fainted for a second time in the ambulance my pupils dilated and i felt nauseous. the abnormality was a small notch but there was no widening or anything. before i fainted my bp plummeted to 65/45 and my heart rate went down to 38

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have diarrhoea. Form thst you may lost plenty of fluid and electrolyte. So thatvyou are gone in hypotensive shock. Your fainting is due to hypovolemic shock. You just need to admitted in hospital and take iv fluid and electrolyte. It will take care of your blood pressure.
