What Does A Small Itchy Patch On The Right Ankle Indicate?
I look to have an small itchy patch on my outer right ankle which I m concerned may be ringworm contracted from the feral cats I ve been feeding outdoors. We live in the country and folks seem to assume their drop offs belong here. In the 4 years I ve cared for the cats this is the first time I ve had this happen tome - the infection, I mean. Can I treat my ankle with Nystatin? How do I keep this spot from spreading elsewhere?

As per your history, it may be due to dermatitis
For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally. Take tablet loratidine for itching
Along with that maintain proper hygiene. Avoid hot and humid environment
Avoid allergens and watch for other symptoms like rashes at other sites
