What Does A Small, Red, Painful Bump On Buttocks Suggest?

I have a small red bump on my buttcheek. It looks like a zit but does not have pus in it but I can feel where it has a knot underneath. If I try and pop it, it won t pop but I can pick at it enough so that it bleeds. It s been really hurting lately. There were other small red fleshy bumps but they have gone away now just that one remains. What could this be?

this may be a staphylococcal infection or some other infections,
patient can use some skin antibiotic cream, regular wound cleaing
wishing good health
