What Does A Sore On Gum Indicate?
Crater like sore on the inside of my right gum. I can feel it indenting and it has a different texture. What could it be? Recently i also had a swollen jaw but i think my wisdom teeth are coming in. Ive also been having weird feelings in my lower neck.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the dental condition and wisdom teeth is suspected then this can be well managed with NSAID (Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug) and best would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, for further management you really need to see the dentist, hope this information helps, take care.
