What Does A Sore Throat, Deep Coughs And Foul Smelling Urine Indicate?

Hi, I started with sore throat for 2 days which turned into deep chest cough. No fever. I still have horrible deep cough still after 7 days and now the area around my right kidney is very sore. I also notice a strong smell to my urine that is not normal. What are your thoughts.

I have read your question very carefully, I would like to enlighten you that respiratory and renal system have distinct functions. Association of both of them indicates various possibilities and with a very short history and less significant systems usually not conclusive of a diagnosis.
In terms of your chronic cough complaint I would like you to get your an XRAY CHEST PA view investigation done. Meanwhile you can adopt remedies like steam inhalation, hot beverages, decongestants, as a therapy. If you find any abnormality, make sure you visit a local practioner.

In relation to your complaint of foul smelling urine, I am quite not satisfied with your history . I would like you to post another query mentioning the frequency, urgency, amount of urine passed, if foul smelling is there a specific smell that it resembles, burning during passage of urine, your age & sex, any addictions, since when do you have this complaint, any further detail you can notice. It would be a good thing if you get routine investigations or blood and urine done & mention the report.
