Hello,

Your pus cells and epithelial cells are within the limit.
The presence of yeast bud suggestive of fungal infection.
But it can be contamination of urine by the fungus as well during collection.

So I suggest you repeat urine routine microscopic examination and urine culture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
