What Does A White Patch Inside The Nostril Indicate?
Hello I have small 3mm size white patch inside nostril. Been there over a year. My Ent dr feels it s scar tissue. About 6 months before hand I put rweezers in my nose. This caused really bad infection (staph). Dr treated with antibiotic cream. That was a year ago. Patch stil there some days it feels like needle sticking me other days it doesn t bother me. Except that I know it s there. That side my nose is smallest opening due to deviated septum. Any thoughts? my ent looked at it twice. A year ago and about 3 mths ago. NEither visit was he worried about having it checked further. Should I get another opinion or trust my ent? No bleeding no drainage. Although I have been stufffy ( Hard breathe) last few weeks. Thanks for your time.

As per my clinical experience, the white patch is surely due to post inflammatory epithelial changes of the melanin texture.
There is no medicinal cure for the same at this point, just keep an eye over its progress.
Later on if bothersome, can undergo laser surgery for the same.
