Hello,
It is good to know that you are tested negative for
varicocele. But since you continue to have pain you should get Urinalysis(R/E & C/S), USG (for testicles & scrotal sacs), an examination for the secretions of the prostrate done. If you are sexually active & have/had multiple partners you should get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. These tests will help to detect
epididymitis, inguinal hernia, damage to the nerves(DN),
Orchitis, Kidney stones, developing
hydrocele, tesiculat torsion, cancer,etc.
Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected & the severity of your clinical symptoms. You may be treated with medicines(antibiotics, pain medications) or surgery (in case of hernia,
testicular torsion, etc). Get the tests done, get treated at the earliest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
