VLDL is the main carrier of triglycerides, and in elevated levels, can lead to an increased risk factor for heart disease. The sub-fraction of VLDL known as VLDL3 is the densest form of VLDL and increases your risk for heart disease, blood clots and diabetes.
Again LDL density pattern B increases the risk of atherosclerosis and subsequent heart disease.
The protective role of total HDL against CAD is mainly mediated through HDL2 fraction, which in your case is low.

therefore your lipid profile results are abnormal, and consultation with a cardiologist is a must.
