What Does Absence Of Menstruation After Stopping Norethisterone Indicate?

Hi, I took norethisterone whilst on my honeymoon to delay my period. I stopped taking it 3 days ago and haven t got my period yet. I want to start trying for a baby, is it safe to do so now? Will the norethisterone be out of my system? Or do I have to wait for a bleed before I can start trying. Thanks in advance!
