What Does Absence Of Sperm In Ejaculation Indicate?
My husband did the sperm count test two weeks ago , and we finally got the results back. The results say there was complete absence of sperm in the ejucalation. Also that under this condition, there is no chance of my husband achieving a pregnancy. what does this mean ?

He can repeat his semen analysis from a reputed lab after 3 wèeks. If still negative get a direct check up with an andrologist or urologist.
