Thank you for following up. It seems you have a tension headache. It appears as a tightening or squeezing around the crown, originating from occiput.
It feels like pain associated with tension headaches due tightness or inflammation of the muscles that attach to the occiput and the surrounding musculature. Your occipital nerve is located right there at the back of your skull. The muscular spasm at the lower back and compressing of nerves cause pain. Beside that, this can cause difficulty in moving your neck, pain with increasing blood or cranial pressure, and, in severe cases, even dizziness, nausea, and vomiting.
I suggest-
1.Massage of neck and lumbar region with diclofenac gel.
2.Physiotherapy
3.Redzem syrup 10 ml 3 times 1 month
Take care!
