Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The test results are pertaining to brain.
The report shows areas of infarction or decreased blood supply to some areas in the brain.
In addition, there are ares of encephalomalacia which refers to degeneration of the cerebral parenchyma.
Thus, there is overall degeneration of the brain parenchyma.
Consult a neurologist with the report for clinical correlation and thus further management.

Thanks and take care
