What Does An Echogenic Lesion In Lower Calyx Mean On An Ultrasound Of Kidney,and Are There Any Complications?
My ultra sound shows left kidny normal in size & echotexure. Corticomedullary diffeerentiation is maintained. Pelvicaliceal system is not dilated. Perinephric area apears normal. An tiny echogenic lesion seen in lower calyx due to old case of renal caliculi. Wht does this means is there any Complications regarding this ?
