Hi thanks for writing in.
Your scan report shows-
-Anteverted uterus- this is its normal position in the pelvis.
-Subserosal myoma- myoma is another term for a fibroid.
Subserosal is its location, which means it is growing on the outer wall of the uterus, in your case from the posterior wall.
It is seen to extend into the cul-de-sac that is the space posterior to the uterus (and in front of rectum).

Fibroids need treatment if they produce symptoms, or interfere with pregnancy, otherwise watchful waiting is an option many asymptomatic women follow. A variety of medicinal/surgical options are available.
If you have any symptoms- pressure on rectum, backache etc, talk to your doctor about it.
Hope this is helpful. Take care.

Hello

Findings suggests that uterus is enlarged in size, anteverted in position and there is a small sub-serosal fibroid in posterior region of uterus.Fibroid is extending to POD(cul-de-sac).
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.
Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical.
It need evaluation by a gynecologist.

Get well soon.
