What Does Anti TPO Level 70 Suggest?
my age is 29 height 6 feet weight 80 kg i checked my bp yeterday it was 130/96 wht could be the reason?
i did tsh test some months before my tsh was 153 and tpo 70 wht does anti tpo 70 signifies? now i m on etroxin 100 and its working fine i rechecked my tsh it is 3.75 nw

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your blood pressure is high. You need to take salt restricted diet. Recheck your blood pressure after a week interval. If it remains persistentely high then anti hypertensive drugs are needed.
You have hypothyroidism. Your TSH level was very high with high anti TPO level. It suggest autoimmune thyroiditis. With eltroxin 100 your TSH is under control. So nothing to worry about that. Just continue your eltroxin according to advice.
