Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Problems like osteochondrosis or intervertebral disc bulging or sacroiliac joint arthritis can be suspected in your case. You should get a physical examination with an orthopedician followed by a X ray of Lumbosacral spine. For such cases in my patients i treat with NSAIDs like aceclofenac muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside and neurotropics.I also send them for muscle strengthening exercises and physiotherapy along with this.Massage is helpful also.Avoid lifting heavy weights.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
