What Does Bilirubin Level Of 0.66, In The Blood Test Report Suggest?

Hi. I am 30 years male weighing 51 kgs. My blood tests show haemoglobin 14.6 gm% in reference range 13 to 17, total count Erythrocytic 5.21 million/cu.mm reference range 4.5-5.5 millions/cu.mm, Leucocytic 8500/cu.mm , the reference ramge 4000-10000 / cu.mm. serum creatinine 1.o7 . the range 0.7-1.1 bilirubin 0.66 mg/dL in reference range upto 1. conjugated 0.37 and unconjugated 0.29. SGPT (ifcc method) 87 IU/L in reference range upto 41, SGOT (ifcc method) 56 IU/L , when the range is upto 35. Alkaline Phosphate 225 U/L in reference range 110 to 310. Please hep me understand what does this mean. What is the risk factor?

Your haemoglobin ,RBC ,WBC Count,serum creatinine and Bilirubin all are normal However SGPT is high along with SGOT . SGOT and SGPT are two of the most useful liver enzymes which indicate inflammation or infection of liver, although the SGPT is more liver specific than is SGOT.there is some inflammation in liver.You must consult a gastroenterologist and get yourself examined and if required ultrasonography has to be done.Take care!
