What Does Black Granules In Phlegm Indicate?

i quit smoking 2 weeks before.Now i dont have any cough or any thing.However i can see some black granules in my phelgem some times.I am 24 years old.I am having dizziness in addition to this.I have done a chest X-ray and it came as clear.What problem i am having??

As you mentioned you have problem of cough and black granules in phlegm that may be because of respiratory tract infection .

Sputum culture test helpful for further diagnosis.
Consult a pulmonologist for further diagnosis and treatment plan.
Start a antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion.

Drink more water...stay hydrated...
Avoid chill and fry food..
Warm water gargle 3 to 4 time per day..
Excessive straining during coughing may lead to blood in cough..
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
